Cotes du Jura 'Clos de Jerminy' Domaine Wicky 2020

Domaine Wicky's Cotes du Jura 'Clos de Jerminy' is a white wine made from Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes produced in Sainte-Agnès, France. In this small village of just over three hundred inhabitants, Gilles and Christelle Wicky cultivate their vines on clay and limestone soils, resulting in this dry, round and mineral wine. 'Clos de Jerminy' vinifies spontaneously with indigenous yeasts before ageing in Burgundy barriques for at least 18 months, maturing fruity, spicy and smoky aromas. Ideal served with a fillet of monkfish with ginger and curry
