The vineyards that give the grapes for Fontalloro are within the Chianti Classico at the top of Felsina. Fully exposed to the southwest are characterized by different terrain: rocky, calcareous and stony the Chianti Classico; rich in sand, silt, small pebbles and marine sediments on the edge of the Crete Senesi. The result of this unique terroir, the Fontalloro is a wine that perfectly represents the company's philosophy and these areas in Tuscany.
