With our BIO stamp we indicate all the bottles certified Organic and Biodynamic, that is, born from vineyards certified organic by the European Union or with certification from the Demeter organization for biodynamic practices. Some of our favorites are in this selection: try it and believe it!

For over 30 years, the Gambero Rosso Guide has represented one of the most famous awards in Italian gastronomy. The assignment of the Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso award is awaited every year by all wine enthusiasts. Are you one of them? On Callmewine you will find the GR symbol next to each awarded bottle, both with the Tre Bicchieri and the Due Bicchieri
Slow
With its “Slow” philosophy, this Guide has revolutionized the way of understanding wine awards and in many ways also the Italian wine scene itself. Promoters of a “good, clean and fair” wine, the Slow Wine awards are assigned to labels that represent the territory, the history and the environment, as well as those with an excellent quality/price ratio and those with a simply excellent organoleptic profile. Next to each awarded bottle you will find the symbol corresponding to Vino Slow, Vino Quotidiano and Grande Vino, you can't go wrong!
Guida Vitae
The Guida Vitae of the Italian Sommelier Association has been a point of reference for enthusiasts for years. This prestigious award highlights “wines with an excellent stylistic and organoleptic profile”, that is, those productions evaluated by a commission of sommeliers with a score of over 91 points on a centesimal scale. The wines awarded with Quattro or Tre Viti AIS are marked with a T, which recalls the shape of a guyot. On Callmewine you will find them updated vintage after vintage!
Bibenda Guide
The Bibenda guide is one of the most authoritative publications of food and wine criticism that, every year, gives the highest recognition to those productions considered excellent, not only among wines, but also among Italian grappas. These are great and unmissable expressions of the Italian wine heritage, witnesses of national excellence, distinguished by Four or Five Grapes. It is no coincidence that "Bibenda" derives from the Latin "things to drink": at Callmewine we don't need to be told twice!
Louis Veronelli
Luigi Veronelli was an eminent personality who accompanied and supported the agri-food production and quality Italian cuisine from the post-war period until the 2000s. Today, the Guida Veronelli collects his legacy by offering a comprehensive overview of the Italian regions and production areas. James Suckling
Not only local guides, but also international ones! Among the scores indicated on Callmewine you will also find those of the famous critic James Suckling. Driven by the belief that "good wine is like music" and therefore should be appreciated with emotions, Suckling tastes over 4000 wines every year, half of which are Italian. Wine Spectator is an American lifestyle magazine that focuses on wine and wine culture. It publishes 15 issues per year and each issue also includes 400 to more than 1,000 wine reviews, which consist of ratings and tasting notes.
