Giuseppe Rinaldi's winery is one of the most prestigious and traditionalist production realities in the Langhe, an international reference for enthusiasts and connoisseurs. The progenitor, Battista, in the nineteenth century, was a farmer who cultivated some vineyards for the Marquise Falletti di Barolo, later becoming the owner of a small estate. This small business, passed down from father to son as a family tradition, has been preserved until today, to be valued and made known to the world by Giuseppe Rinaldi, a genius of Barolo and the typical wines of the Langhe. Today, the business is carried on by his daughter Marta, following her father's approach and the teachings of tradition.
The Rinaldi family's vineyards now include the most renowned Barolo crus: Brunate, Cannubi-San Lorenzo, and Ravera. Giuseppe Rinaldi has always been a deep connoisseur and a staunch defender of the Barolo territory, a knowledge that translates into classic and profound wines, capable of aging magnificently for decades, telling the terroir in which they were born. All the labels produced are highly sought after by wine enthusiasts worldwide, and each year they are sold out within a few days of being released.
Marta Rinaldi, a graduate oenologist from the school of Alba, boasts extensive experience, having always followed her father in his business. She now manages the vineyards located in the prestigious Barolo crus with the utmost naturalness and strict respect for the environment. Management that arises from a deep connection with the territory and its traditions, an approach that never forgets the fundamental importance of peasant culture.
"Come tutte le cose buone, il Barolo è un complesso di tanti messaggi, che arrivano al naso, al palato, alla testa. Dev'essere complesso, un insieme di profumi e gusti. Tutte le volte dovremmo trovarci di fronte a qualcosa di nuovo, delle sfumature che ci sorprendono"
