The spirits are processed in small batches from pure barley malt through a batch distillation process using traditional Pot Still stills. Instead, maturation takes place in ex-Bourbon oak barrels, resulting in a whiskey with a smooth, modern style. As for Fever-Tree Ginger Beer, it is a premium British ginger beer made from three different varieties of ginger from three different countries: the Ivory Coast, Nigeria and India.
