Weingut Reinhardt's Riesling Trocken Lagenwein Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad is a fresh, mineral white wine from the loamy, marly soils of the Palatinate region. With a vegetal and lively nose, this Riesling surprises with floral notes of wisteria, fruity hints of peach and lively hints of tobacco on the finish. Deep and really juicy, it is the ideal accompaniment to all fish dishes, from grilled salmon to mussel stew

The Riesling Trocken Lagenwein Ruppertsberg Reiterpfad from the Weingut Reinhardt is one of the prestige labels of this family-run winery, acting as a comprehensive and multifaceted expression of the terroir. The small village of Ruppertsberg, located in the heart of the Palatinate wine region, is renowned for the high quality of its production, centred on Riesling, a grape variety that here takes on a richer and more mature character than in other areas of Germany. This different character is largely due to the region's relatively warm and dry climate. In the Ruppertsberger area in particular, the name of the Reiterpfad plot stands out, the prestige of which is partly attributable to the very old soil structure.
Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad Riesling Weingut Reinhardt Trocken Lagenwein is made exclusively from Rhine Riesling grapes grown in accordance with certified organic farming principles on soils with a high sand, clay and limestone content. In the cellar, the bunches, harvested strictly by hand, are vinified using the white wine method through soft pressing and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by several months of ageing in the same type of wine containers until bottling and further resting in glass.
In the glass, the Riesling Trocken Ruppertsberger Reiterpfad Trocken Lagenwein Weingut Reinhardt reveals a pale straw-yellow coat with delicate golden hues. The complex olfactory picture is painted by a succession of aromas reminiscent of yellow peach, wisteria, white flowers and berries, surrounded by faint hints of tobacco, fragrant notes of yeast and mineral hints of flint and flint. The taste is fresh and deep, juicy and complex, with a lingering mineral epilogue.
