Derrumbes is a major Mexican brand of Mezcal, which offers products of absolute excellence. The particularity of this distillery is to create a range of labels that give voice to particular territories, highlighting the peculiarities that the distillate expresses in the different regions of the country. The result is a mosaic of different Mezcal, which allows you to get out of the homologous standardization, to delve into the nuances of this fascinating product of agave. It is a project that wants to give value to the history of each territory, to preserve the oldest local traditions and crafts. Tasting the various bottles is a surprising taste experience, which opens the doors to a new way of approaching Mezcal.

Each bottle of Derrumbes represents a journey through a territory, a path of knowledge of its origins and customs. The Oaxaca Mezcal expresses the rich character of the distillate of the Central Valleys of the country, made with the varieties of agave Espadín and Tobalá. A Mezcal with a soft and full-bodied character, characterized by rich fruity notes and a pleasant smoky nuance. The distillate from Michoacán is instead born from the Chino and Alto varieties of agave from Michoacán, which give intense aromas of ripe fruit, fresh vegetal notes and balsamic notes, which offer great finesse and elegance.

Zacatecas is made only with the Tequilana Weber agave, grown near the village of Huitzila, Zacatecas. The process of processing, conducted according to the oldest handicraft customs, allows you to taste the authentic taste of the famous and valuable blue agave. The Tamaulipas Mezcal is born in one of the less known areas and is the fruit of different qualities of agave: Tamaulipas Funkiana Univittata and Americana. The result is an intense, aromatic sip with soft fruit and a dry finish. Finally, the Mezcal Durango is produced in the small village of Nombre de Dios and is made only with the local agave Durangensis of Durango. A very charming distillate, with fruity notes, hints of dried fruit and smoky nuances.
