Potel-Prieux's Champagne Brut Nature "L'Instant Precioux" is the union of the three tenors: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which master one of the world's most important and famous wine-growing areas. Set in the eastern part of the Valleè de La Marne, this Champagne is an apotheosis of freshness and elegance, capable of holding up an entire meal with delicate notes such as seafood or a challenging aperitif.

"L'Instant Precioux" Champagne Brut Nature from Potel-Prieux sees vineyards thrive on soils with a predominantly limestone and clay texture with a large presence of marl. It all begins during the harvest, which is carried out following a processing method that respects natural cycles and has a low environmental impact. Once the work in the vineyard is finished, we move on to the cellar, where the first fermentation is carried out in steel, followed by fermentation in the bottle, as is the practice of the Champenoise method. Finally, it ends with an ageing period lasting 24 months carried out on the lees.
