Charanda Cane Spirit Drink Charanì is a label produced by the Mexican distillery Casa Tarasco, which has been present in the Uruapan area since the beginning of the 20th century. It is a traditional distillate, made from high quality sugar cane, still processed according to the oldest local practices, with an artisanal spirit. Its smooth and persuasive character, its warm and enveloping sip, make it very suitable for use in the preparation of Caribbean cocktails and thirst-quenching long drinks based on tropical fruit juices. Charanda Cane Spirit Drink Charanì is the fruit of a terroir with unique characteristics. The sugar cane plantations are located at an altitude between 1,600 and 3,800 metres above sea level, in an area with a particularly cool and temperate climate, between the Tierra Caliente region and a lake area. The soils of volcanic origin are particularly well suited and produce a cane of excellent quality. After processing the sugar cane, the fermentation phase follows. This is followed by distillation in traditional stills. The distillate is then lowered in degree with pure water from local springs, which contributes to the lightness and finesse of the sip.

In the glass it is absolutely transparent, clear to brilliant. The bouquet is characterised by an aromatic palette of great finesse and delicacy, reminiscent of floral scents, vegetal notes of sugar cane, citrus fragrances, aromas of white-fleshed fruit, hints of medicinal herbs, vanilla and soft spices.
