Spirito Reale's Liquore ai Fiori di Sambuco (Elderflower Liqueur) is immediately appreciated for its sweet and floral aromas, which are of a very high class. Spirito Reale is a young Turinese brand specialising in the production of vermouths, bitters, liqueurs and other spirits based on ancient recipes dating back to the 19th and 20th centuries. In particular, the Liquore ai Fiori di Sambuco (Elderflower Liqueur) is produced according to a 19th century recipe based on the use of elderflowers. For the image of its logo, Spirito Reale focused on colours and fantasy, relying on the talented expressive language of the well-known Turin artist Max Petrone. The colours used then recall the shades adopted to present the six different families into which Spirito Reale spirits are divided, among which the family of liqueurs, to which this label belongs, stands out.

The recipe for the production of Elderflower Liqueur involves the combination of four main ingredients, such as water, sugar, alcohol and natural flavourings. Once the production cycle is complete, the liqueur is marketed in a refined 500 ml bottle with ahighly recognisable pink label.

The Spirito Reale Elderflower Liqueur has a soft, bright yellow hue. Clear and sweet sensations of elderflower and sugar tell the olfactory story together with delicate nuances of exotic fruit reminiscent of lychee. The taste development reveals a fine sweetness, well balanced by the citrus aftertaste that gives balance and freshness to the finish, marked by fragrant floral returns. This liqueur is a perfect base for the preparation of a more structured variant of the Hugo cocktail, consisting of Prosecco, elderflower liqueur and soda, finally decorated with a few mint leaves.
