This is a bottle produced in a limited edition, an expression of the innovative style with which the Ulisse family reinterprets the local wine-growing tradition, focusing on the one hand on the environmental characteristics where the grapes grow and on the other on modern oenological techniques, such as refinement sur lie with repeated batonnage and resting in French oak barriques.

The Bianco Tenuta Ulisse '10 Vendemmie Limited Edition' comes from white grapes harvested only once the berries have reached full ripeness. In the winery, the grapes are processed through destemming and subsequent alcoholic fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The liquid is then matured on the fine lees with frequent batonnage, aimed at putting the yeasts back into suspension, giving the wine more structure and softness. Part of the mass then matures in French oak barriques, containers that contribute to increasing its complexity.

On visual inspection, Tenuta Ulisse's Bianco '10 Vendemmie Limited Edition' shows a bright, brilliant straw yellow colour with delicate greenish highlights. The complex aromatic range opens on fragrant scents of citrus and exotic fruit, followed by mineral nuances and pleasant hints of precious woods.
