The Bianco Frizzante "Margot" of Franchina and Giarone is a lively semi-sparkling white produced by an artisanal reality of Modena, from white grapes typical of the area. It is efermented according to ancestral method using frozen must of the same vintage, which gives a slight effervescence that tickles the nose and palate. The glass gives off hints of pear, apple, jasmine and herbaceous notes on the finish. In the mouth it is lively, pleasantly light and almost airy, of aromatic persistent. BIANCO FRIZZANTE 'MARGOT' FRANCHINA E GIARONE DESCRIPTION

Franchina and Giarone's Bianco Frizzante "Margot" is a wine produced by a winery in Emilia. The setting is the beautiful hills of Modena, particularly in Castelvetro di Modena. Luca Pizzetti has studied in detail the work plan of his business, focusing everything on enhancing the territory and its intrinsic characteristics. The main idea is to intervene as little as possible in the natural stages of the growth and development of plants and raw materials, avoiding the use of pesticides or herbicides. The label is interesting: an elegant stylized design with intense colours well matched together.

The Malvasia Bianca and Trebbiano Modenese grapes in Franchina and Giarone's Bianco Frizzante "Margot" are grown in vineyards located in soils composed mainly of clay, which makes the soil compact and unsuitable for cultivation, but conscious human intervention has made good wine production possible. The climate is continental with characteristic cold winters and sultry, hot and humid summers with often high temperatures. The grapes are harvested by hand, and in the winery, they are placed in fibreglass tanks where they undergo spontaneous alcoholic fermentation thanks to the action of indigenous yeasts; following the dictates of the Ancestral Method, it re-ferments in the bottle.

To the eye, Franchina and Giarone's Bianco Frizzante "Margot" appears straw yellow with reflections tending to greenish with a fine froth. The aromas are reminiscent of white flowers such as jasmine, white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple and a bitter finish that balances everything; in the mouth, it reveals a great aromatic persistence, light, inviting drinkability and very effervescent. It goes well with fish, shellfish and crustacean dishes, mixed sliced meats from the Emilian tradition and vegetarian dishes. Excellent for family lunches under the banner of cheerfulness and lightheartedness to celebrate important anniversaries or anniversaries.
