Tenuta Maso Corno's Trento Spumante Pas Dosé Rosé is a Metodo Classico made with Pinot Noir only. Produced in the Lessini Mountains, it is a sparkling wine that is distinctly fresh without dosage, i.e. it re-ferments without added sugar. Freshness is the keyword on the nose, with hints of red fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and currants and an intriguing note of rose on the finish. On the palate it is pulpy, intense and fragrant, with a great gastronomic vocation: try it with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, possibly from Trentino!
