Tenuta Maso Corno's Trento Spumante Pas Dosé Rosé is a Metodo Classico made with Pinot Noir only. Produced in the Lessini Mountains, it is a sparkling wine that is distinctly fresh without dosage, i.e. it re-ferments without added sugar. Freshness is the keyword on the nose, with hints of red fruits such as blackberries, raspberries and currants and an intriguing note of rose on the finish. On the palate it is pulpy, intense and fragrant, with a great gastronomic vocation: try it with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, possibly from Trentino!

Tenuta Maso Corno's Trento Spumante Rosé Pas Dosé is a Metodo Classico from Trentino that stands out for its fascinating aromas of flowers and red fruits. The heart and soul of the Tenuta is young Giulio Larcher, who has chosen to dedicate his life to wine production out of passion, focusing on the search for quality and respect for the typicality of the territory. Following this credo, he adopts practices and tricks such as low grape yields per hectare, manual harvesting and scrupulous bunch selection.
Tenuta Maso Corno Trento Pas Dosé Rosé sparkling wine is a 100% Pinot Noir from grapes grown in the Trentino region on dolomitic-calcareous soils. After manual harvesting and careful selection of the bunches, they are vinified in stainless steel tanks with a brief skin maceration to extract the desired amount of colour. Once alcoholic fermentation and a few months' ageing have been completed, the sparkling wine base is bottled with the addition of the draught syrup for re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. At the end of the period of resting on the lees, which lasts at least 48 months, the sparkling wine is finally disgorged and topped up with the same wine, as Pas Dosé, without the addition of sugar or dosage syrup.
The colour of Tenuta Maso Corno's sparkling wine Pas Dosé Trento Rosé is a pale, almost orangey pink, reminiscent of onion peel, with a subtle and copious effervescence. The nose offers clear hints of rose petals and wild berries, such as currants, blackberries and strawberries, combined with hints of pastry on the finish. Crisp and textural on the palate, with intense freshness and good complexity, and excellent fruit and floral persistence on the finish.
