Corisca's Albarino 'Finca Muino' is a pure Albarino of great complexity. It comes from forty-year-old vines rooted in the granite soils typical of the area. The nose reveals a broad aromatic profile with notes of aromatic herbs and evolved fruit, with hints of butter and brioche deriving from the stay on the lees. The palate reveals itself to be austere and well-balanced, the very fresh sip blends with the pleasant structure and sapid vein and concludes with a long, lingering finish

The Albariño Rias Baixas 'Finca Muiño' is the flagship wine of the Galician bodega Corisca, capable of impressing with its fresh Atlantic essence. This bottle comes from a single 2-hectare plot of land called Finca Muiño, cultivated using the 'Parra' system, a traditional Galician training system that consists of a canopy supported by granite pillars, a rock in which the Rias Baixas area is particularly rich. The main advantage of this training system lies in the greater distance of the aerial part from the ground, a factor that protects the bunches and leaves from excessive humidity.
The 'Finca Muiño' Albariño Corisca Rias Baixas is made exclusively from Albariño grapes from a single vineyard with an average vine age of more than 45 years. The plot is cultivated under a certified organic system on granitic soils, with all the work being done by hand. In the cellar, the grapes first undergo a gentle pressing, followed by alcoholic fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks. Also in stainless steel, the wine matures for a period of 12 months on the fine lees, which results in greater aromatic breadth and a rounder taste.
In the glass, the Albariño 'Finca Muiño' Rias Baixas from the Corisca winery expresses a straw-yellow hue with luminous greenish nuances. Intense sensations of lemon peel, white-fleshed fruit and aromatic herbs such as thyme and rosemary describe the enthralling olfactory texture, surrounded by light hints of butter and brioche and an evocative marine mineral timbre. The progression on the palate shows energetic freshness and good body, solid power and remarkable dynamism, all united in a savoury, long-persistent finish.
