Amaro Delmago represents a Piedmontese liqueur capable of intoxicating the senses with its scents of citrus fruits and medicinal herbs. This liqueur was born in Turin thanks to Michelin-starred chef Marcello Trentini after a long journey that led him to select aromas and botanicals suitable for creating products of absolute quality. The appellation 'Delmago' comes from the nickname of Marcello, known as 'The Magician' because of his skill in the kitchen. Indeed, in 2013 Trentini won the coveted Michelin star with his Turin restaurant Magorabin. The Delmago brand expresses Marcello's passion for spirits and cocktails, which led him to embark on this beautiful journey in collaboration with The Spiritual Machine, a company that supports the artisanal production of alcoholic beverages.
Delmago Amaro is produced from a careful selection of natural aromas and essences, which are then infused in ethyl alcohol. The liquid is bottled in a beautiful collector's bottle at the end of the production process.
The Amaro di Marcello Trentini Delmago has a brown hue with amber highlights. The olfactory spectrum is intense in its hints of orange peel, bergamot, cinchona, quinotto and roots, combined with seductive perceptions of incense, vanilla, cocoa and other sweet spices. The taste is soft, round and enveloping, with pleasant sweet and bitter notes that characterise the long finish. Marcello Trentini recommends enjoying his Amaro Delmago straight cold or with a few ice cubes and an orange peel.
