Bordeaux Rosé 'InVinCible' Chateau Lauduc 2022

The Bordeaux Rosé 'InVinCible' constitutes a very pleasant, fresh and fragrant interpretation of the Bordeaux terroir developed by the Chateau Lauduc winery. This is a peculiar version of Cabernet Franc 'in pink', produced from organically grown grapes processed without the addition of sulphur dioxide, in the pursuit of the highest achievable wholesomeness. Although reds represent by far the predominant portion of the wines produced in Bordeaux, the region also produces quality whites and rosés, as well as delicious dessert wines such as Sauternes, which has established itself as one of the world's most famous sweet wines.

Chateau Lauduc 'InVinCible' Bordeaux Rosé is made from only Cabernet Franc grapes grown on a certified organic regime. Harvesting takes place at night in order to preserve the aromas of the grapes, which are then pressed directly without maceration. The mass is then placed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16 and 18 °C, followed by 3-4 months of maturation on the fine lees before final bottling. During the entire vinification and ageing process, any addition of sulphites is then excluded.

Chateau Lauduc's Bordeaux Rosé 'InVinCible' possesses a brilliant soft pink hue with auburn highlights. The nose offers aromas of raspberry, violet and berries that are accompanied by herbaceous hints. Its taste development is fresh, soft and graceful, of great balance and pleasantness, endowed with a consistent fruity and floral persistence that invites new tastings.
