Bradisismo is the classical reserve of Colli Berici, the area who saw the first introduction of Cabernet in Italy, where Stefano Inama owns several hectares along with the historical plots in the heart of the Soave Classico. In these soils, characterized by a mixture of silt, sand and clay, Stefano practices organic farming and applies production regimes distinguished by a low environmental impact. Exposed entirely to south, the vineyards that give rise to Bradisismo have about 40 years of age. Standing out among these rows there's Carmenere, an old variety native of Bordeaux moved home in the north-east of Italy by emigrants on their return from work in France, in the second half of the nineteenth century. This variety flows into Bradisismo along with Cabernet Sauvignon, providing a great balance of flavor and taste, deeply rooted into the territory of origin.
