Osvaldo Soddu's Cannonau 'Brulleri -Ghirada Bruncu Boeli' is an excellent expression of the reds of Mamioada. The grapes grow at an altitude of 630 metres, in the Bruncu Boeli vineyards, and are vinified traditionally with spontaneous fermentation and minimal use of sulphites. After 12 months in barrel and a further 8 months in bottle, the result is an intense yet elegant wine.
