The Carmignano "Villa Capezzana" by Capezzana is the historic wine of this cellar, produced since 1925 and is also the most representative product of the territory of Carmignano. Produced from a blend of Sangiovese, 80%, with the addition of Cabernet, 20%, was born on vineyards located at 200 meters above sea level, exposed to all sides of the South. Carmignano has an impressive history in the field of wine because there are findings that demonstrate how life is cultivated already in pre-Roman times, about 3000 years ago. The real breakthrough in the field of production, however, came in 1475 when Monna Nera Bonaccorsi built the first plant "casa dei Signori" for wine production. In a land that has always been synonymous with great wines, the family Contini Bonacossi has always worked in a simple, clean and healthy. What matters is the taste of the territory of origin, find the expression in the glass typical of the area of Carmignano.
