The Champagne Brut Laurent-Perrier is themost representative label of the unmistakable signature of the Maison, a champagne that encapsulates and synthesises the essential qualities of the Laurent-Perrier name: finesse, power, freshness and elegance. The Laurent Perrier style was developed in the 1950s and includes a predilection for Chardonnay in the composition of the cuvées and the use of stainless steel tanks for fermentation, now widely used, which guarantee freshness to the wine and preserve the complexity of the aromas. A Brut that enchants with its bright colour, its armomic taste and its unmistakable bouquet.
The Cuvée of Champagne Brut Laurent-Perrier is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meurnier. The grapes are harvested from around 55 cru spread across the Champagne region and selected by hand. To guarantee quality and consistency in the Laurent Perrier style, the wine destined to become Champagne is blended with reserve wine, to varying degrees according to the vintage. Once bottled, the wine rests for a minimum of 3 years in the cellar, in contact with the yeasts.
Fresh, pure and elegant, Champagne Laurent-Perrier is a wine that pairs wonderfully with aperitifs or first courses. Its remarkable balance, underpinned by a fine effervescence and enriched by notes of citrus fruits and white flowers, suggests an accompaniment to fish and seafood dishes, but also to white meats such as chicken or rabbit. Brut brings to the table the unique and prestigious style of Laurent Perrier, a Maison with centuries of history, a synonym for elegance and refinement. This sparkling wine embodies the essence and deepest spirit of the Maison. Enchanting!
