The Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs from the famous Maison Laurent-Perrier is the fruit of a careful selection of grapes of absolute excellence from the best vineyards of the domaine. The full maturity of the Chardonnay, its natural richness and elegance, reach peaks of extraordinary purity in this label, enhancing its floral, citrus and fruity profile. It is a Champagne very well suited to be enjoyed with seafood hors d'oeuvres, steamed fish, sushi, sashimi, risottos and pasta with seafood, and baked fish with delicate meat.

Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs was born in one of the most famous and prestigious Maisons in Champagne. Laurent-Perrier is a historic name that has been producing labels of extraordinary elegance since the 19th century. The cuvée is made from the best pure Chardonnay grapes from the vineyards of the famous crus of the Côte des Blancs, Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly and the Montagne de Reims, Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery and Rilly La Montagne. At the end of the harvest, each parcel is vinified separately with fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After several months of ageing, the vins clairs are blended with the addition of a percentage of reserve wines to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a long maturation sur lattes in the Maison's cellars before dégorgement.

Laurent-Perrier's Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is a hymn to the purity of Chardonnay, the absolute protagonist of a cuvée of refined expressive elegance. In the glass, it has a brilliant straw yellow colour with luminous reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses a bouquet characterised by delicate citrus fragrances of lemon and citron peel, aromas of Granny Smith apple, pear, white peach, nuances of white flowers, hints of bread crust, small pastries and clear iodine memories. On the palate, it is rich and creamy, with soft, finely faceted aromas that extend towards a finish of great gustatory harmony, characterised by a clear citrine, mineral and saline freshness.
