The Dolci Delizie ReLanghe and Champagne Brut Delamotte box set is a precious package signed by Ceretto, a prominent family in the Langhe wine and gastronomic panorama, which combines the sweet specialities of the city of Alba with the liveliness and finesse of Champagne Delamotte. ReLanghe's confectionery production revolves around the IGP Piedmont hazelnut, a precious ingredient cultivated in the Piedmont region since the 19th century and widely used in the preparation of local delicacies such as gianduia. To ensure high quality standards, the Ceretto family directly oversees every stage of the production process, from the cultivation of the hazelnuts to the processing of the fruit.

The Champagne Brut Delamotte Dolci Delizie ReLanghe box contains a bottle of Champagne Brut Delamotte, a crumbly nougat with Piedmont Hazelnuts, a Alba di Nocciole cake signed by the tristellated chef Enrico Crippa and a Ling8, a chocolate cake with Piedmont Hazelnut biscuit. In particular, the ReLanghe IGP Piedmont Hazelnut crumbly nougat is composed of 50 per cent Piedmont hazelnuts, resulting in a nougat with a crunchy taste and remarkable aromatic persistence. In contrast, the ReLanghe Hazelnut Alba Cake is the result of a collaboration between the Ceretto family and renowned chef Enrico Crippa, the soul of the three-Michelin-starred Piazza Duomo restaurant in the centre of Alba. Crippa conceived this cake as a tribute to the Langa hazelnut, a fruit that the chef got to know during his Piedmontese adventure. Turning to the Ling8, it is a delicious chocolate cake with hazelnut biscuit, characterised by a peculiar shape reminiscent of a gold ingot.
