Vigneti Cenci's Franciacorta Brut 'La Capinera' is a versatile sparkling wine produced with a percentage of Pinot Bianco, the winery's hallmark. Moreover, this winery works with the SoloUva method, a sparkling wine-making technique for which only grape must is used to trigger re-fermentation in the bottle. The result is an extremely fragrant bubble, with fresh hints of apple and lemon that open the scene to hints of pastry and almond.
