Today, the oenological aspect is entrusted to Francesca Moretti, Vittorio's daughter, who, on the strength of the advice of her mentor Richard Geoffroy, Dom Perignon's chef de cave for decades, perpetuates a production of absolute merit.

The Bellavista Franciacorta 'Gran Cuvée-Pas Dosé' Box includes a bottle of Franciacorta Brut 'Grande Cuvée Alma' and a bottle of Franciacorta Dosage Zero 'Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosage'. These are two Metodo Classico sparkling wines capable of conveying Bellavista's refined style, both in the more classic version with Brut dosage and in the more modern one without dosage. In particular, the Franciacorta 'Grande Cuvée Alma' Brut originates from a solid base of Chardonnay grapes combined with smaller percentages of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, all of which come from vineyards scattered in different areas of Franciacorta. After drawing, the sparkling wine stays for at least 30 months on the lees and is finally dosed as Brut, resulting in a fine, balanced bubble of absolute pleasantness. On the other hand, in the Franciacorta 'Grande Cuvée Alma Non Dosato' the Chardonnay base is combined only with a small percentage of Pinot Noir and even in this case the ageing on the lees lasts for at least 30 months. After disgorgement, the sparkling wine is not dosed, a factor that contributes to the taut and pure character of this Metodo Classico.
