The Franciacorta Brut Saten Sansevè is the seductive sparkling wine from the cellar Monte Rossa. Historical name of the region Franciacorta, Monte Rossa is housed in a beautiful ancient villa that shows how the company knows how to blend tradition and modernity. Since when Paul Rabotti founded Monte Rossa in 1972, the cellar has been wisely balanced between these two features, creating wines with traditional spirit also using the latest technologies and philosophies of winemaking. Innovative ideas led the winery Monte Rossa to be the first company to focus on wines re-fermented in the bottle. Today the winery is run by the son of Paul, Emmanuel, who with his wife is capable of producing noble and refined wines that respects and incorporates all the characteristics of the terroir of Franciacorta. Emanuele tries to respect his landscape, limiting the chemical interventions that can distort the variety of scents in every grape, that’s why also the weeding is done in the vineyards Monte Rossa by mechanical action. The vineyards of the family Rabotti are located in non-contiguous areas, so as to obtain grapes with different characteristics, letting them create rich wines such as Brut Saten Sansevè. From chardonnay grape, Sansevè receives a well-structured body characterized by velvety softness. From its creation, in the precious villa-winery old more than four centuries, the Sansevè receives the elegance and richness of its aromas that will accompany your silky tasting.
