Established in 2007 by an American entrepreneur's initiative, ambition, and determination, inspired by the energy and knowledge gained in the Big Apple, he returned home with a resolve to implement modern techniques for producing a bold and personality-rich gin. Between 2009 and 2015, there was a true expansion of the product first in the American market, followed by significant acclaim in Europe, reaching markets in approximately 55 countries. In 2017, the brand became part of the Campari Group, receiving the necessary impetus to enhance further and define its personality and quality.

The 12 botanicals used for Bulldog London Dry Gin include key ingredients such as lemon, lavender, lotus leaves, almond, coriander, iris, and liquorice. They are infused in a copper container within a cereal distillate, preserving the natural aromas and scents. This method allows the gin to macerate in alcohol before distillation, maintaining an authentic palate. The vapour then passes through a condenser and is liquefied to produce the essence; subsequently, the heads and tails are separated from the distillate. The resulting essence is blended with a cereal-based neutral spirit. At this point, the liquid is diluted with demineralized water to the necessary bottling dosage.
