El Occidental's Mezcal Joven Puebla Tobala is a premium Mezcal, produced and bottled in the state of Puebla. The production of Mezcal involves cooking the 'piñas', the heart of the agave, in underground ovens for a full three days, followed by fermentation and distillation.
