Ettore Germano's Langhe Nascetta is an intense Langa white, made with one of the few indigenous whites from this area known for its reds. The winery presents a wine that is decidedly original for the region: fermentation in steel, maceration for 10 days on the skins and ageing in amphora. This gives structure and a lot of character, as well as an intense colour. The nose has aromas of aromatic herbs with fruity hints and slight hints of iodine. A true wine of the Langa, it has great structure and surprising sapidity
Straw yellow with golden hues
Hints of white flowers and lemon peel, then herbaceous aromas of thyme and sage with hints of iodine on the finish
Distinctly fresh, savoury and remarkably persistent, full-bodied
