Thanks to the perfect balance between altitude, soil composition and Mediterranean climate, the different grape varieties that the Argiolas winery assembles in this rosé find the ideal conditions for perfect growth, resulting in a wine with a harmonious character. It is indeed a bottle where nothing is out of place, and which, among its various merits, also has that of being incredibly versatile from a gastronomic point of view: Try it at aperitif time or throughout the meal, in both cases it will not disappoint.
Rosé wine "Serra Lori" comes from a skillful blending of different grape varieties that grow within vineyards characterized by the presence of limestone, clay and silt, where the climate is typically Mediterranean, with mild winters and very hot and windy summers. Once the grapes have been selected, they undergo partial carbonic maceration during the harvest stage, and then macerate traditionally for 3-4 hours before fermentation in steel at low temperature. After a few months of aging in steel, the wine is ready to be bottled.
"Serra Lori" is a Rosé wine that, in the glass, shows a soft pink color, not too intense. Light and subtle are the scents that appear on the nose, telling us a story made of flowers and small red fruits. On tasting it is of light, flowing, lively body, characterized by a fresh sip very well balanced in each of its components. A signature Argiolas wine in which it is the directness of the aromas that enlivens the drink, from which all the beauty of the Sardinian terroir emerges.
