The Sangiovese Rubicone Rosato 'Portocanale di Cesenatico' from the Leonardo da Vinci winery is a version of the area's most classic grape variety, but in pink. The Sangiovese grapes are harvested from Castrocaro Terme, Predappio and Bertinoro, among the most prestigious areas of Romagna. Thanks to vinification in stainless steel, it preserves very fresh fruit aromas, with notes of white peach and apricot. Fresh, crisp and savoury, ideal with fish dishes and fish crudités
