Sparkling Traditional Method 'Athmosphère' Jo Landron

Jo Landron's Classic Method sparkling wine 'Atmosphères' is a lively biodynamic bubble from the Nantais area, where Joseph Landron, son of winegrowers and passionate guardian of biodiversity, continues the family tradition. Strictly produced with minimal intervention, Jo's wines are all full and fresh expressions of the terroir, with a hint of eccentricity. In the glass, this bubbly expresses floral aromas and fruity hints of currant and pear, evolving into hints of quince and brioche. On the palate it is clean, sharp, exuberant yes but with a precise and crystalline sip
