Each bottle, crafted with artisanal skill from the cellar, offers a warm, rounded, and persistent wine, with grapes sourced from vineyards between 6 and 21 years old, cultivated at an altitude of 350-450 meters above sea level with excellent southeast exposure. The Gewürztraminer contained in this box is made from soils characterized by a clayey and calcareous subsoil with excellent drainage. The clusters are harvested late, and after destemming, the berries are cold-macerated for 12 hours. This is followed by soft pressing, and the obtained must undergoes static settling before fermenting in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature ranging from 18 to 20 degrees Celsius. It then matures on fine lees in steel for 3 months, characterized by a great varietal impact, in which the starting grape variety used manages to present itself with absolute truthfulness.
