The Arneis "Cecu d’la Biunda" is undoubtedly the great product of the Monchiero Carbone winery, the one that best represents the soul and identity of this project started in 2004 by Francesco. A project driven by the desire to compete the white wine from Piedmont with the big Italian white wine; a project that is based sull'Arneis, a vine by many described as "the Barolo white" and that, together with the Nebbiolo, gave fame to the Roero.
A nobility recognized and considerable potential on the obligation to cultivate and vinify the best, to enhance the characteristics of these berries that grow on soft and chalky Valle di Vezza and Rocche di Canale. Born as a white Nebbiolo, a name that was given to underline importance and structure, the Roero Arneis found in an area of choice that can transfer flavors and intense aromas that appeal to their persistence and their sophistication.
A personality that stands out cleverly in the Arneis "Cecu d’la Biunda" by Monchiero Carbone, an Arneis that gives us a great olfactory intensity where a deep aromatic freshness accompanies the drink with floral notes and mint, through white currant and sage...
