Château Climens' Barsac 'Cyprès de Climens' is a sweet wine produced in an iconic 'sweet' area south of Bordeaux, famous for the use of grapes attacked by the famous 'noble rot'. Climens is one of Barsac's historic and flagship wines, which has been grown biodynamically since 2010. The nose is enchanting for the complexity of its aromas: jam and candied citrus fruit and yellow fruit, then typical hints of flowers and saffron. The palate has a pleasant fatness, perfectly balanced by the marked freshness and aromatic persistence. An intriguing mineral vein lends character to this gem
