Varvaglione's White BIO '12 e Mezzo' is a light and drinkable wine produced from organic farming in the Taranto area. A delicate product from local and international white grapes, it sees only steel to enhance freshness and gracefulness. Yellow flowers and citrus fruits meet hints of apple and pear, while the sip is of great freshness. The persistence and fragrance make it excellent with shellfish or raw fish, try it with a swordfish carpaccio
