The Coteaux Aix en Provence White by Domaine Oddo is a lively, mineral wine, an expression of the mountains of Provence. Obtained from Sauvignon Blanc, typical Clairette and Vermentino, called Rolle in the area, whose grapes ripen on the typical round pebbles. Ageing on fine lees adds olfactory complexity and roundness to the sip. The nose is citrusy with distinct saline mineral and flint notes. In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, with a savoury and elegant finish
