An orange sparkling wine, obtained by maceration for 15 days, with great character and thickness. Through the use of native yeasts, the cellar Costadilà has succeeded in the ambitious aim to rediscover the identity and characteristics of terroir from which comes the sparkling and generous wine that accompanied meals of people of this area a few decades ago.
