Venit's WHite 'Prescelto' is an organic wine from Venezia Giulia, made from PIWI grapes, the resistant vines at the heart of a wine project that looks to the future of sustainability, symbolised on the label by a visionary eye. Straw yellow with greenish highlights, it offers aromas of chamomile, lime, apple and plum. On the palate it is fresh, vital, with a pleasant bitter finish. Excellent with both delicate fish dishes and pasta dishes with light meat sauces, such as a rabbit ragout

Brilliant straw yellow
Citrusy hints of lime and floral hints of chamomile, thyme and then fruits such as plum, slight bitterish hints on the finish like almond and walnut
Snappy and enveloping at the same time, very fresh and pleasantly bitter on the finish
