The Bitter "American Limited Edition" Fusetti is the star and stripe version of the distillery’s main bitter. Instead of using a more neutral base, this limited edition is made with bourbon whisky, which gives a different level of complexity. To aromas of rhubarb, cinchona and citrus fruit, hints of caramel and vanilla are added, a perfect balance between sweet and bitter. If tasted pure, it is very intense, velvety, with a dynamic taste. Ideal to give an original touch to classics such as Negroni or Americano

Bitter "American Limited Edition" is an original creation of the Fusetti brand. It is, in fact, a decidedly atypical and particular version of Bitter, which aims to unite the two sides of the Atlantic Ocean, merging European and American traditions. Compared to the original recipe of the classic Bitter, the label calls for using Bourbon Whisky as the base alcohol. The choice gives greater richness, smoothness and complexity, with characteristic spicy, caramel and vanilla nuances typical of ageing in toasted wood. Its distinct personality makes it very suitable for tasting neat or on the rocks. Many bartenders appreciate its aromatic intensity, using it to prepare innovative interpretations of classic cocktails.
American Limited Edition Bitter Fusetti is a creation of a young company in the world of spirits, but one that can count on long experience in the sector. The Dripstillery brand, in fact, was created by Farmily Group and Fundeghera in 1939, which have always been in the liquor and spirits industry. The Bitter recipe is based on a selection of traditional botanicals, basically based on: gentian, rhubarb, cinchona, quassio, bitter orange and chinotto. The production process's particularity lies in using Bourbon Whisky as the alcohol base for macerations. At the end of the infusion, the Bitter is bottled in its essential purity, with only water and sugar added and no use of additives, colouring agents or synthetic flavouring.
