Bouzeron 'Les Loueres' Chateau de Garnerot 2021

Chateau de Garnerot's Bouzeron 'Les Loueres' is a refined Aligoté that reflects the excellence of the Bouzeron terroir, the only appellation in Burgundy specifically dedicated to this grape variety. The grapes, cultivated biodynamically, are matured in oak for 12 months before bottling. The aromatic bouquet reveals intense floral hints that introduce exotic fruit and citrus fruits, towards a finish with hints of honey and hazelnut. The palate expresses great balance between marked savouriness and warm softness, with a very persistent sip. An ideal companion for seafood, regional Burgundy specialities and selected cheeses
