The Brunello di Montalcino 'San Giovanni Battista' from the Leonardo da Vinci winery is an elegant and well-defined pure Tuscan Sangiovese. It reveals a purple-red colour tending to garnet in the glass and, on the nose, releases classic aromas of red fruit combined with hints of vanilla and cocoa, the latter due to ageing in Slavonian oak barrels.
