The Cabernet Franc "Frank" comes from the passion and commitment of Marco Sara and his wife Sandra who since 1999 have decided to follow up on their dream of producing wine in the eastern hills of Friuli. Simplicity, passion and understanding factors are unique and compelling that led these two passionate winemakers to create a business model, a company that has emerged emphasizing the relationship between man and nature, valuing a territory alive, precise with its rhythms. The continuous search for balance with the environment, respect for the earth as an organic system and follow the natural cycles are the principles that guide Marco and his wife Sandra in the production of wines highly territorial. As this Cabernet Franc "Frank" that comes from Cabernet Franc cultivated vineyards Riu Falcon and Bellazoia. We are in the eastern hills of Friuli, with exposure to the South and Southwest, on screws having between 20 and 60 years of age, placed on rich marl sandstone and clay. The Cabernet Franc "Frank" was borns by a 20 day of maceration in stainless with indigenous yeasts and ferments in second passage barriques, where he remained for 12 months.
