'CAMPEDELLO' CROCI DESCRIPTION

"Campedello" by Croci is a white wine that surprises by its liveliness and pleasure in his mouth that evolves from fruity to hints of yeast due to its natural fermentation in the bottle. The Monterosso Sur Lie of Croci is a wine that comes from the passion of Massimiliano Croci, who leads the company with the desire to exploit the territory of Piacenza hills with wines as unique as rare.

This Sur Lie Croci follows the path of Ortrugo "Lubigo" and Gutturnio. The second fermentation takes place naturally in the bottle with the yeast that settle to the bottom after transforming residual sugars into carbon dioxide. This technique makes the wine an unique personality and unique characteristics: fine bubbles that envelop the palate and good structure.

Sur Lie Croci opens his eyes with a beautiful yellow color and on the nose with a fruity fragrance that leaves space then the characteristic notes of "bread crust", due to the second fermentation in bottle on its lees. An evolution that makes Monterosso Val d'Arda Sur Lie Croci a white wine with great personality and good structure; a white wine that comes from the union of Malvasia, Moscato, Trebbiano, Sauvignon and Ortrugo; a white wine with soft, smooth and with a strong character, drinkable at every opportunity.
