Billecart-Salmon's Champagne Extra Brut 'Vintage' is a great sparkling wine, made from single vintage grapes sourced entirely from Grand Cru. It expresses all the power of Pinot Noir which, in this blend, meets the elegance of Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Very elegant on the nose, it offers great complexity with fruity hints of pineapple, plums and lime zest, then notes of dried fruit and pastries. In the mouth, it is creamy and structured, with a lingering finish of great finesse. Excellent to drink already now, to accompany raw fish dishes or Pata Negra ham, or to wait even 10 years
