CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ BRUT VEUVE CLICQUOT DESCRIPTION

Veuve Clicquot's Brut Rosé is one of those bottles that has made history in the world of Champagne. It was first produced in 1818 by adding some red wines from the Bouzy cru, and it was the first rosé blend to be introduced to the market. Today, it is still produced from the cuvée of the classic Yellow Label, complemented by 12% of a selection of red wines from different crus in the region. The predominant use of Pinot Noir grapes and the high percentage of reserve wines in the cuvée preparation give this Champagne a traditional and structured profile, ensuring consistent quality over time.

This Brut Rosé Champagne presents itself as a rosy and technically impeccable expression of Maison's style: delicacy, elegance, freshness, and structure are its main characteristics. The sugar dosage of 10 g/l contributes to its great pleasantness and enhances the fruity and spicy aromas that distinguish it, making it suitable not only for accompanying aperitifs and fish-based dishes but also for pairing with delicate desserts made from fresh fruit.

Veuve Clicquot's Rosé Champagne touches and caresses the most romantic and voluptuous sensibilities while demonstrating nerve, character, and structure. It enchants the nose with typical scents of strawberries, wild berries, and red citrus fruits arranged on a taut and mineral backdrop. The palate is soft, juicy, and fruity, with fine and delicate bubbles, and it finishes with charming and persuasive tones that immediately call for another sip.
