Isabel Ferrando's Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a fine white wine from the southern Rhône, produced in the historic area near Saint Prefert. It is aged in foudres and 'wine globes', innovative glass containers with which the winery experiments with even the most important wines like this one. The nose reveals intense white flowers, with notes of ripe pear and peach. In the mouth it is full-bodied, revealing intense sapidity and freshness that make it a wine of great charm
Light golden yellow
Intriguing hints of dog rose, jasmine, acacia flowers and then peach jam
Very intense, with persistent freshness and an energetic sip, very juicy on the attack and pleasant savouriness
