Valiano's Chianti Classico Riserva 'Poggio Teo' is a pure Sangiovese from the Castelnuovo Berardenga area. It comes from a single cru, with a sandy matrix, capable of giving great finesse to the wine. On the nose, there are clear scents of cherries, blackberries and pleasant herbaceous hints reminiscent of the Mediterranean maquis. Pleasantly smoky on the palate, it shows great body and vigour, balanced by a mineral and fresh profile. Perfect with game and very mature cheeses
