Chianti Classico Valiano 2021

Chianti Classico di Valiano is an elegant red wine from the Piccini group that combines a little Merlot with Sangiovese to give softness and dark fruit tones. The grapes are cultivated in the Castelnuovo Berardenga area in the Chianti region. The wine matures for only 3 months in barrels, so as to gain structure and maintain the full momentum of a young wine. The nose reveals flowers and red fruits, the sip is round and full, tannic but with an agile smile. Ideal with a traditional Tuscan menu, from typical hors d'oeuvres to pappardelle with wild boar ragout
