Eric Thill's Cotes du Jura 'Mosaique' is an elegant and light red, born of the harmonious union of Poulsard, Pinot Noir and Trousseau that meet in the bottle in equal parts. The grapes are grown from chalky, clayey soils rich in iridescent marl. Spontaneous whole cluster fermentation and ageing in stainless steel excellently preserve the aromas of the grapes and the expressive purity of the Jura. A wine with subtle aromas reminiscent of red fruits and black pepper, while on the palate it surprises with its delicacy and juiciness
