The Crémant Brut "Grande Cuvée" is made from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, and Aligoté grapes, sourced from vineyards located in the commune of Corton, in Côte d'Or. In the vineyard, utmost attention is paid to the perfect ripening of the grapes and the selection of the best clusters, while in the cellar, the process involves gentle pressing, alcoholic fermentation, and bottle fermentation according to the classic method. The wine ages between 12 and 18 months on its lees and, after disgorging, is dosed.
